On or off site support is charged at £30/hour (min 1 hour on site).

For on site support I charge from when I set out, to when the job is finished, to allow for travelling.

If practical, off site support (you bring your PC to me) may well be a more efficient solution.

In addition to cutting out travelling time, I only charge for the time I am actually  working on your PC.
During software installation, system scanning etc., the PC may have to be left to do the job in its own time, which can sometimes take a number of hours, so this time is not charged.

Remote Support is charged at £30/hour (in 10 minute increments / min £10)
