Remote Support via the Internet
With a couple of clicks you can give me permission to remotely view and control your PC, enabling me to do most things as if I was actually sitting in front of it.
If this isn’t possible you can use your phone as a remote camera to allow me to watch what you are doing while I talk you through it.
